PRE-ORDER

Our Pre-Order system allows you to secure your product before it becomes available in stock.

All orders are placed at the beginning of each month, grouping production to manufacture all items at the same time. Once production is completed and the products arrive at our warehouse, your order will be shipped.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 30 days from the date of purchase. However, due to the current situation, delays may occur.

We appreciate your patience and trust, as this system allows us to optimize production and deliver the highest quality designs.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

All garments ordered through this site are handmade at the time of order; if the garments are available in our warehouse, shipping will be processed more quickly. If we don't have immediate stock, your order may take a little longer, as it will be specially prepared for you.

Shipping costs

We'll add shipping and handling costs to your order. Our shipping costs are based on DHL, FedEx, or UPS worldwide. Pricing is based on size, weight, value, and shipping destination. We can ship your order anywhere in the world.

Responsibility

While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, we cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or damage to goods in transit due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery and shipping time

All of our garments are handmade. Production currently takes 15-30 days. Orders are shipped once production is complete.

Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good, clean, and the same condition as when received. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Notes

If the return is the consumer's responsibility, they must bear the cost of shipping. The specific cost will depend on the courier company they choose.

If, for our reasons, the merchandise received is damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obligated to bear the cost of shipping for this reason.

Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.
